I'm more and more convinced that Jason Garrett has some incriminating shite on Jerry Jones.
That's the only reason he would keep such a terrible coach around...or they're gay lovers.

Maybe one but Im doubtful.. Hes an average HC with a losing playoff record.. Hes never made it out of the Divisional round

Jason is the perfect soldier, why wouldn't he keep him.
Jerry already had coaches who won, demanded power,etc.

What makes him not a good coach? Other than online group think/someone else told you he sucked so you say he sucks too. winning the division 3 of 5 would say he’s a good coach. Especially this year when Dallas has no business winning that division.

Who else would Jerry hire? There is no one better than Garrett available at the moment who has the ties to the franchise like he does.
It’s widely known that the only person Jerry would hire and can Jason for is Payton.
Idk if Jason would have 5 offers and his pick of where to coach, but he would definitely get another HC’ing gig.
McCarthy is also not a decent comparison either. He had one of the best QB’s of all-time at the helm.
