Really hope that reply to me was just to get a reply in the thread because I honestly believe he didn't do anything.

Broke by TMZ with absolutely wrong characteristics of the attacker matching Winston besides him being black and that's about it.

There is a lot of irresponsible reporting going around

Word for word from the Miami Herald:

quote:

"Winston was described in the report as "muscular" and the motive for the incident was "sexual gratification." The victim had
been drinking before the incident. Winston wore a red T-shirt and jeans and, when confronted by police, was described as "polite."

However, Winston was never named in the police report or as a suspect.

How is shite like this allowed to be put out to the public? Of course this is nothing new. Yet some people are 100% convinced Winston is guilty because of a TMZ article.

Definitely... I didn't mean it in any way but a reply. Like I said, I just think people need to wait for the facts. I'm not defending Winston to the death or anything because the truth is I have no idea if he is guilty or not.

Actually I would tend to believe the male in these scenarios. Not saying the male is never at fault, but the young man is famous. Bitches are crazy, she prob got drunk, but she prob wanted to suck him off before that.

This is such a nonstarter. You can't possibly mix up 5'10" and 6'4". That's literally a half foot difference.

True or not, the Heisman people aren't touching this guy with a 10 foot sexual assault pole. They'd look like complete morons giving it to this guy when these charges were leveled against him, if he were later to be found guilty. Their safest bet now would be to give it to AJ, what with JFF's shenanigans.

I agree. That could very well be what happened. Hopefully we find out soon.

Lulz at bama fans thinking this'll mess up his heisman chances.

I could make a call right now to tthe Tuscaloosa PD and get an investigation going on AJ and then let TMZ know. That's what we're seeing here .

he hasn't really had an shenanigans. AJ would continue the alabama line of average heisman winners that Ingram established.

AJ might be a top 5 SEC QB this season. JFF is arguably the best QB to ever play. If this would impact anyone in the race, it would be JFF. Winston is the only player in the same solar system this season

TMZ's Model:
1. Throw a loosely-based allegation out about someone famous
2. People freak out
3. People visit your site
4. It turns out to be bullshite
5. ???
6. Profit

So Winston and Manziel are acknowledged as better, yet give it to McCarron? Will the Bama guys put an * next to the award.

sure you can.

if the girl is teeny tiny I dont see how she would have a good reference for what height tall people actually are.

Yes but 5'11'' and 6'2 1/2? I don't know if Winston is a legit 6'4'' (he's tall for sure even near his O-line) but if she said 5'11 and Winston is 6'2'' or so then it's possible

Travis had a good line on this. "My point, those of you incessantly Tweeting about this like it's the grits in 'My Cousin Vinny,' are giving far too much weight to this bit of information."
