Or the one where he fricked a girl against her will?
I'm sure you read all 87 pages of the police report when it came out like we did. The girl had bruises on her knees from sucking dick on a hardwood floor, apparently Jameis "raped" her from the bottom, one of her twitter tags was #cleatchaser, she had 3 different dudes' semen in her underwear and tried to get her roommate to claim they were hers, Willie Meggs who was DA went to FSU and of course the superior journalists at ESPN like Mark Schlabach who rented an apartment in Tallahassee to try and dig up dirt, said "oh Meggs went to FSU he's covering for Jameis!" They didn't report that Meggs hated the football program and tried multiple times to prosecute FSU players for ridiculous bullshite including Travis Johnson and Dalvin Cook who were both acquitted within a half hour. Willie Meggs didn't go forward because as much as he loved to prosecute FSU players, he knew from reading the same police report I did that it was a joke of a case and he would only embarrass himself in front of the entire country to close out his career. Anybody who still believes Jameis raped that slut is an illiterate redneck that just follows idiotic headlines without actually paying attention to what the hell happened.
And Jameis "stole" crab legs because some starstruck kid making $7.25 an hour didn't put a barcode on the package so he could walk out with them. There are worst heists in grocery stores every day because some cashier didn't scan everything for someone they know.
Jameis Dillinger was the worst human ever in college football

he has had one hell of a face turn.....went from basically unanimously hated outside of Tallahassee to a national treasure.

You’ve mostly convinced me along with a few of the other responses.
Maybe the more obvious question is why he never made it as a Franchise QB. Just too goofy of a personality? Or not able to read NFL defenses when they learn your weaknesses and trends?

He does seem like a good dude. Glad he can laugh at himself

Jameis comes across like a good, likeable dude that doesn't take himself too seriously.
And he will be a regular on NFL/NCAA TV before long. His charisma is off the charts.

It's actually a really interesting question. 5 star senior Jameis, 2012 RS Freshman Jameis, and 2013 savant Jameis that was like Rainman with Jimbo's Trapper Keeper playbook was a different person than 2014 and forward Jameis. He was 19 when he led Jimbo's ridiculous offense to 50 points a game, read defenses like he was in The Matrix, made throws like Dan Marino, and won a Heisman and a National Championship before had a chance to catch his breath. Now it seems normal because offenses are tailored for the spread and two reads and RPO, Jameis actually saw and thought faster than Jimbo. Then in 2014 he didn't get to just adjust to everything, he had an entire network who had married the SEC try and destroy his life. I can't imagine a kid having the pressure of being called a possible GOAT and at the same time by the same network being buried because he didn't play in the SEC. I think that year and season really screwed with him, and he decided he'd rather be the class clown than the kid who created an entire legit playbook when he was like 11 years old.

Some guys just never get the metal game down. He’s been with a bunch of different coaching staffs at this point. The only one who limited his turnovers was the Saints with SP. But he also didn’t have a lot of passing yards during that short period.

That's true, but he also would try the same kind of throws he did in 2014 if allowed because part of him believed he could make them, but part of his confidence was destroyed by that 2014 season. I hope some folks remember what that kid was put through literally days after he held up the Crystal Ball. What was done to him was disgusting, and I can't imagine waking up every day having figs on the news calling you a rapist while trying to live up to an insane season at my own age, much less a kid that hadn't even left teenage years. Maybe some YouTuber can put together a mesh of what ESPN reported on him, them paying apartment rent for UGA grad Mark Schlabach to literally live in town to tear apart the program and a kid. Even now people joke about the crablegs and yeah it was funny, but did Schlabach and ESPN point out that this is what happens in even the smallest college towns with the waterboy for the tennis team? No, he's a thief, a rapist, and something they wanted to portray and all but said that would get them cancelled and Crump in town now
