Oddly enough, I bought a used set of these irons based on a thread started on this board. And after hitting the Callaway's and my Titleists on the range, I'm putting the Callaway's in the bag and giving them a shot.

So these irons come with built-in excuses?

I just ditched my AP2s for some Callaways as well. I got the X Hot Pros. Those prototypes look difficult to hit well. Do they play like a blade?

Hitting a blade feels good bro. Don't get all mad at the blade.

I've played to an 8 but am currently around a 12 and if/when I get down to single digits again, I STILL ain't buying blades.

But I gotta say, them babies look sweet.

yes, it was your post. thanks for posting it originally.

ordered these clubs from ebay for around $335 and really enjoy hitting them. I want to get them on the course, but they seem "long" and feel pure.

to the guy asking about the AP2's... nothing at all wrong with them. It's a great iron as well. I'd probably be willing to part with mine in a few weeks after I grow accustom to these. If anyone is interested in them let me know.
