I thought they were way over-rated at the beginning of the season, so don't ask me.

I still think there's a real possibility that the PAC12 is a more pathetic than usual this year, though.

The pac is very pathetic this year. Udub is, unfortunately, good however.

What are their strengths and weaknesses? Offensive philosophy? Since they're going to the playoffs I feel I should learn something about them.

Imagine peak Boise- then give them say Arkansas level talent (but with far, far superior coaching).

It's lower profile but in a way what Peterson has done at UW is on the level of Saban at Bama and Meyer at OSU- UW hasn't been top 10 worthy in like 25 years.

That's some serious hyperbole.

We don't know how good they are, the Pac12 is really horrible.

It is, which is why UW should go undefeated. I doubt the Pac even has a #2 team to represent the conference in the Rose Bowl. This is the year some other conference could get a shot.

Well, they finished #3 in 2000.

At the beginning of the year, Washington's weakness was the running game. That seems to have improved a lot.

Looking at their remaining schedule:

Oregon State - should be a nice blowout for homecoming

at Utah - One of their only challenging games remaining

at Cal - This is the ultimate trap game. Freaky shite has been happening in Berkeley lately

USC - They are improving rapidly

Arizona State - best offense in the conference, one of the worst defenses

at Washington State - don't count out Leachbeard the pirate

people think washington is good because they beat a shitty stanford team. they'd be no better than 5th in the sec west.

They would beat the breaks off of A&M, Auburn, and Ole Miss

no. ole miss blows them out. wash has a much better coach than a&m, but a&m's talent outlasts them. wash splits arky/auburn if they're lucky and beats msu.

I agree with this. Washington is pretty good. They may win the pac 12. And could possibly win the Big 12. But they would get wore out playing in the SEC week after week.

After we whip some BYU butt this week we will be 7-0 and sitting pretty.

Dawgs beat the Mormons easily, say.. 34-17?
