Is this the best the NCAA can come up with regards to a football logo?

Did they officially retire this one? I kind of liked when the jerseys had conference specific patches of this in the team's colors.

Looks like something from Monday Night Football in the early 70's.

I have never noticed either of those logos.

I can’t be the only one who is completely oblivious to these types of things. Same with changes in jerseys.

It matches all of the other sports logos used by the NCAA.
If you watched College Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Gymnastics, Track & Field, etc. on Watch ESPN you know the sports all have their logos. You can click on that logo to see what college games are available.

This is what the logos on Watch ESPN look like.

It's just the artwork with no NCAA or Football on there.

Women's hoops is different from mens.

Scroll down to where it says "Leagues". You'll also see the NFL, NBA, PGA, NHL, etc.logos too.

Click on any sport on the NCAA's website and you'll see their logo.

ESPN uses there own NCAA Football logo on Watch ESPN.
