It seems to me Kaepernick called it to attention and what change did that bring? All the protesting he did, rightfully so, ended up changing nothing in the end. He did however get a fat Nike contract and tons of support and for what? Until there is a total change in the way we recruit police officers and train them to properly handle their responsibilities, things will unfortunately remain the same.

Now you're showing your ignorance. In MY Community, I took over a youth program that started with 12 youths, I along with my cousin over the last 20 years built it to where it now has 75 disadvantage youth, we started off as an AAU Basketball Program and now has evolved into more.
The Youth that begin in the Program at age 9 and stay until 17 ALL went to college on scholarships. Some youth made it through, others didn't. Also, my program has sent 5 players to LSU, 2 former players that are in the NFL and 3 current players on the roster now. So I'm doing my part for MY Community. Question is, ARE YOU???

Never seen anyone on this board even close to as sanctimonious as you buddy. I feel sorry for you that your arguments aren’t good enough and you feel you have to use your alleged good works as leverage in a discussion this way. You seem very insecure.

The guy keeps trying to big league people on an anonymous discussion board. Nobody needs to preface comments with a bio, the points and statements should carry the weight not some resume, that’s the point of anonymity.

I would too if I got accused of being one of the people rioting and tearing up the community. We can't have it both ways. I know I don't wanna be accused of doing things just because I'm a white guy. I'm sure it goes the same for anyone.

Time out that’s not what’s happening, this guy is trying to elevate his opinions past others based on his own self righteousness. It’s a scam, because his arguments don’t stand up to question he uses a resume to make them exempt from criticism.

I usually try to stay out of these threads so I've never seen that before. The whole Drew Brees thing has me triggered for some reason. So, I've been I’ve participating in this conversation a little more.
