Is Leonard Fournette a top 10 NFL RB?

Seemed like his career was trending down but he’s looking unbelievable with the Bucs all through the playoffs last year and now this season. Obviously it helps he’s on a great team.
RBs who are definitely better than him (in no order)
Christian McAffrey
Dalvin Cook
Derek Henry
Alvin Kamara
Nick Chubb
Others in consideration
Aaron Jones
Joe Mixon
Zeke
Saquon Barkley
He’s close to the top 10 if not in it
ETA: lol I put Derek Carr instead of Henry, laugh at the idiot
