Mac dominates G League, has elite athleticism, and has a well-rounded game. How is he not on a NBA roster?

I won’t pretend to have watched either guy play that much but recall Vincent having some excellent playoff games for the Heat a couple of years ago. I want to say he started a few games and was a dependable shooter when they needed it most.
