and Denver has to take best QB available
I would still be pretty shocked if Burrow and Herbert were drafted ahead of Tua. Definitely could happen, but will it?

I could see it.

Oof, would be a wasted pick unless Denver gives up on Drew Locke after year 1.

I don’t think Locke is a guy that can play at Mile High. I never saw him effective in weather at MU plus get a backup that can be trade assets like when Redskins got Cousins

Miami won’t take a QB so the Broncos at 6 (for now) will be 2nd to take QB. Miami has their QB and will go all Defense. They may get Etienne in round 2 to help Rosen.

I may be over thinking this.

I think Miami just benched Josh Rosen again in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Seems like they aren’t very sold, but who knows...

I’m not sure Miami is not just tanking to get pick 1 and then another top 10 pick they own with trades.

I really think they take Chase Young pick 1. They have seen Bosa brothers Miller and Miles etc just make immediate impacts where 1 QB haven’t really.

Who knows though what Miami is truly doing except not trying to win.

They have 3 1st round picks this year and 2 next year.

Bengals likely take him. Ohio guy will put butts In seats. They have to be the least relevant franchise in the league with no star power on roster

Burrow doesn’t quite have the arm strength. He’s accurate as F but can’t get the ball down the field.

He's got about the same arm Brees did when he came to Nola. Can push the ball 25, 30 yds downfield against good coverage, which is the practical limit to most NFL offenses.

Burrow's going to be an interesting case; you hear "Saints offense" from every announcer covering the Tigers. You know Brees is on the back end. Kinda makes you wonder if someone else will reach and grab him above his slot, just to prevent Payton from moving up to get him.

Now, we all assume Payton is eyeballing him, because he's showing he has the skills to run that offense. We don't know WHAT Payton is thinking.
If he does like the guy, the recent episode of Mahomes getting snatched just before he could draft him might linger, and he might move up higher than we expect to get him. He's definitely cocky enough for Payton

Burrow has spent 20 of 22 years of his life dealing with Ohio winter - I guess being in Louisiana has made him soft all of a sudden

Has nothing to do with being soft. Has to do with can he rip throws in wind and play in elements he’s not played in vs competition

That TD throw to Dillon was insane.

I mean it's a nice thing for prestige and money, but if I were him I'd want to go somewhere like New England or New Orleans.

He needs to go to a team that will run the offense that he's comfortable running, where he can learn and then take over in a couple of seasons. The wrong team will derail his career before it even gets going.
