Is four verticals the most popular play in Madden and NCAA football game?

Stolen from the Matt Canada thread
This was my favorite play and I ran this play a hundred times on NCAA football lol

I authored god knows how many comebacks in NCAA on the back of that inside slot post in four verts. God bless

I always liked a similar play, except the slot receiver runs an option route, while the tail back runs a wheel route. Forgot what it was called.

Probably. I’d hot route that middle guy on the right into a curl a lot of times too.

Throw it to the green dot 90 percent of the time

Some variant of Four Verticals and throw in some double slants if they stay in m2m. Double Posts is usually open as well, even if there’s safety help.

NCAA Football [insert whatever year]
Just take the fastest black QB and run that play…especially with that Virginia Tech QB(his name escapes me).
I used to merk fools online for PS2.

The odds of one being open is so damn high. If you're playing on Heisman mode I swear the game turns your O-Line into traffic cones to balance it out

Not when I"m playing cover 4 and using fast as frick MLB covering slot

I’d pay so much money for a 2019 NCAA football game

I crushed people with a spread flex formation with two slot receivers running reverse posts (don’t know the real numb but essentially an out rout 15 yards down field but running on a diagonal rather than with the LOS) towards the sidelines.
Automatic 12 yards almost every time unless they started running zone or softened up the middle with more defensive backs

Running this with Pat White and WVU was unstoppable

You could run off tackle in the trips formation in OP and it was 8-11 yards every time if you had the Jimmie’s and Joes

Haven’t played madden in a while but Saints used to have some nasty empty sets and you could break defenses (vs cpu or user) with a few adjustments.

The Urban era Florida playbook was clutch which was the heyday of my NCAA play. I always had a create a recruit for the Harvin role

I run it constantly on NCAA 2014, from a bunch of different formations.
