He's lucky he can recruit, because he's a shitty tactical coach and his teams make the dumbest mistakes.

No. You're missing UNC not knowing what the hell they're doing.

Imagine a real coach coaching that talent. no way UNC shouldn't be a top 10 team this season.

I still can't get over this

Arguably one of the best teams he had at UNC....yes FSU was pretty good that year but still.

I'm still confused how UVA and Duke will get 1 seeds

Both can't win the ACCT and Arizona if wins will have a regular season and tourney title

I think FSU won the ACC tourney that year.

I would think after the UVa loss today, they'd be a 2 seed after a loss in the ACC tourney.

UVa lost? I did not know that.

But all week they've had both Duke and UVa as 1's and it made no sense as both were not going unbeaten rest of year, due to the ACCT.

What's your point? Our 07 team lost by double digits to Vanderbilt. Even great teams can have bad games.

I think they rank them based on what they've done thus far, not projecting out what still has to be played. So if things ended right now, they'd both be 1 seeds.

But were they ever out of it from the start and down by 30 at some point?

Texas, Butler, Indiana are some other recent teams to beat UNC by 20

roy williams is just a mediocre coach when he faces a team with similar talent

Army - Navy simply because nothing can approach the atmosphere at that game

Red Sox - Yankees due to the history makes it a tough one to top.

History. This is literally the history:

The Red Sox won everything until 1919
The Yankees won everything between 1919 and 2003
The Red Sox got their revenge in 2004

Now every Yankees/Red Sox game is 4 1/2 hours of the slowest, most unwatchable baseball on TV.

I think Army/Navy is a great rivalry, but it hasn't been a "rivalry" since Army went to the toilet and Navy won like 20 games in a row.

Can I submit the Egg Bowl as one of the most underrated rivalries. That games means more to the people of Mississippi than who is their governor.

That's assuming they lose in the ACCT. Right now, UVa still won the ACC regular season title and had one less conference loss than Duke. And it's not like Louisville is a terrible loss.

That gives you 1-seeds of Kentucky, Villanova, Arizona, and the ACC tourney champ, provided it is UVa or Duke.

As for biggest rivalry? I don't know. It doesn't have the same edge as some other rivalries. And UNC's recent slide has really hurt it. I feel like these schools respect each other more than they want the other one to burn to the ground and have all of their alumni hunted down like dogs and then burnt at the stake.
