The fact he isn't even in the hall of fame is a shame. Do you think he is worthy of being in ??

Basketball hall of fame is a pretty low bar. I would think he is in. Any other sport under their standards, I'm guessing no.

Not sure he should be, but I loved those Pistons teams. Chauncey, Rip, Tayshaun Prince, Wallace Brothers. Great lineup.

maybe I should google it but it’d be cool if they were the only NBA champion ever without a hall of famer

Everyone jokes about this but it's completely bullshite.

There are only 110 former NBA players in the hall of fame.

The hall itself is huge because the basketball hall of fame is all inclusive for college, pro, and international.

I saw Chauncey play in HS. Great player-always under-rated.

5× NBA All-Star (2006–2010)
All-NBA Second Team (2006)
2× All-NBA Third Team (2007, 2009)
2× NBA All-Defensive Second Team (2005, 2006)
J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award (2008)
NBA Sportsmanship Award (2009)
NBA Teammate of the Year (2013)
No. 1 retired by Detroit Pistons
Consensus second-team All-American (1997)
No. 4 retired by Colorado Buffaloes
Second-team Parade All-American (1995)
Fourth-team Parade All-American (1994)
3× Mr. Colorado Basketball (1993–1995)

Points 15,802 (15.2 ppg)
Rebounds 2,992 (2.9 rpg)
Assists 5,636 (5.4 apg)

FIBA Americas Championship
Gold medal – first place 2007 Las Vegas
FIBA World Championship
Gold medal – first place 2010 Turkey

If he didn't have an NBA Finals MVP I would say it's borderline at best but add that to the two FIBA golds, his All Star appearances, high school and college success he should be in.

He has a better resume for the basketball hall than Harold Baines does for the baseball hall.

Their title in 04 really is a fun anomaly, considering that every team before and after them had at least one "star" player to take over.

That Pistons team was just so defensively sound and did all the dirty work against a Lakers team that was imploding.

He played much better in last five years of his career than he did in his first five years.

Yeah we know that. That’s why everyone gets in because someone will go “hey this dude was a decent NBA player but he also spent 10 years as an MVP player in Lithuania, you just can’t tell the story of basketball without him”

He is for sure in the All-Name Hall of Fame

Potentially in contention for Top 10 all time
