I think young just appreciated his QB playing his arse off and left it out there for his team. Heinicke was impressive yesterday. You could see his teammates really appreciated that.

Sometimes I think people forget that these athletes are human beings. Even at the office, I get pumped if a younger, less experienced staff steps up and busts their arse on a project.
