Cam is EASILY the MVP at this point

He's surrounded by turds, His team is LAST in YAC, He's 4th in TDs, His team is undefeated.

I mean, besides Olsen, he really is.

He is their passing threat and rushing threat, he is their go to guy on 3rd and short.

How the front office doesn't give him an explosive threat just blows my mind.

I have no idea about trade deadlines in the NFL but they should explore any option to bring in a badass receiver for the rest of the season. They have a real shot at the Super Bowl if they can get a playmaker on the outside.

It's Brady's to lose. Other than Gronk, he's surrounded by turds.

Other than Moss for a year, he always has been.

Colts fan... hate cam, always have. But for him to have that team undefeated right now, with absolutely zero weapons on offense. Hands down the mvp of the season so far, no one has done anything close.

the Pats are always near the top of the league in YAC be it Gronk, Edleman, Welker, Branch, Hernandez Kaulk, Woodhead, Vereen, Watson, Troy Smith etc the Pats have always been a receiver driven passing game. It still requires a great QB but the receivers are the ones doing the leg work

because all the passes are dumpoffs. Rarely does one go over 5 yards in the air

You are a cam cumlicker to say something that stupid.

Cumdickhead is not the mvp on his own team.

keep slurping his dick.

The trade deadline has passed.

On top of that, the Panthers have a GM that won't sell the soul of the franchise for a quick fix. Any #1 level WR would have come at a high price in draft picks sent to the other team and salary against the Panthers cap. After this season, the Panthers have key young players that will need to be re-signed one being the top young CB in the NFL, Josh Norman. They just recently re-signed Newton and Kuechly. They'll also soon need to re-sign Kawaan Short and Star Lotulelei, the Panther's anchor DTs. Dave Gettleman (the Panthers GM) isn't going to blow his ability to bring in young, cheaper talent (with draft picks) and sign young, established talent that are key to this team by blowing it on a blind-shot at a WR that hasn't practiced a day with this team nor seen its playbook.

Winning teams build for the future through the draft and through wise management of the salary cap.

Losing teams try for the quick fixes through high-priced free agents and trading their valuable draft picks for washed up veterans.

Thank goodness the Panthers have a GM that knows how to build a winning team while keeping an eye on the future as well.

The time is now for Carolina, such a shame Benjamin got hurt.

Is Charles Johnson coming back this year?

They really needed to make a move for Cam. The time is now for them. The NFC is DOWN.

Actually, no, its not. This team has young talent all over, so they should be good now and in the future. Blow it all now on a mid-season WR acquisition that may or may not work out then lose the salary flexibility to re-sign Josh Norman and Kawann Short and all of a sudden you've blown your chance to stay good for the future. If there's any proof you need that spending all your money on WR isn't the right way to go, just look down the highway to the Atlanta Falcons and their shitty defense and shitty OL. But, hey! Julio Jones! Roddy White!

Atlanta is a very bad example. What high priced free agents have the Falcons brought in? The defense is good this year relative to the past few years. We just don't know how to draft. The OL is better but still shite. Matt Ryan is overrated.

Carolina could've gotten Vernon Davis for very cheap, like Denver did. Some players are traded for by teams because they are viewed as a "missing piece" by said team.
