Bo Jackson would have to be on that list being he dominated 2 sports.

Gretzky should be the top of that list.
His dominance of his peers is unrivalled in sports.

If that's your argument, Jim Thorpe and Babe Didrickson should be on the list way before Bo.

I'll die on the hill that Brady/Brees/Manning are all interchangeable, about equally as good as one another.
Agree 100% with this but good luck telling this to most of this board. The defensive metrics for Brady's teams vs. Brees and Rodgers and how that corresponds to winning is pretty clear. There's a great breakdown on the athletic, but obviously behind a paywall.
Bottom line is it's a team sport. As much as everyone this morning wants to say Brady got the last laugh over Bill, Bill put those championship teams together. Their consistently great defenses had a LOT to do with winning. Not to mention the tuck rule, Seahawks throwing on the goal line, etc. The dude is GREAT, but he sure as shite ends up in great situations ALL the time, including this year. Bucs D went from very average to dominating the best two offenses in the NFL.
Edit: In case ppl think I'm just being a Brees fanboy I'd add this. I think Mahomes and Rodgers are better than all 3. Just purely on what I see watching the game. Individual skill, not team wins and losses.

Personally I think Manning could, not sure about Brees. Brady’s longevity and how his body has held up are both almost more remarkable to me than his rings. Whatever weirdo diet of non-shadow casting gluten-free wheat grass and super model pussy TB12 subsists off of is clearly working for him.
This is where his greatness is undisputed to me. More impressive than any W-L record. It defies logic. Gisele's poon is what Ponce de Leon was searching for all along.

One bottom tier all-star/pro-bowl for a single 365 day span that were certainly at least partially manufactured
Does not = dominated

There may be a lot of hurdur it’s only swimming...
But no other athlete has so utterly dominated his sport on an international stage like Phelps. His % of gold in the Olympics is insane. And he was doing multiple swims in a day/the following day.
It doesn’t get anymore singularly dominant than his Olympic performance. Way too low at 8. Messi is way too high. Ronaldo is better.

Ruth hit more homers than every other team. He won 7 world series and still holds world series scoreless inning streak as a pitcher. Baseball lived off the Babe for 50 years.

That nerve issue largely dismantled Manning. He won in Denver purely on his football IQ. His arm was shot by then.
The better thing is what would you get if you plugged each QB into that offense in their primes. I personally take Manning, but they’re so close it doesn’t matter. I think that’s the point when it comes to QBs until you come across the physical arm talent freaks like Rodgers and Mahomes.

World cups are not the premiere titles in soccer. The champions league is.

If Brees would've retired last year, Brady would've won the super Bowl with the Saints this year. Get outta here with the Brees is just as good garbage.
