Should definitely be higher than those two. Basing rankings only on W and L is for simpletons. OU in particular is not a good team.

Cincy has an undefeated and ranked SMU on their plate. Of course, if SMU wins, do we bump them up to top 5? Game is November 20.

Do they struggle against a weak Tulsa team next week or handle them like a playoff team should? And what do they look like against a ranked and undefeated SMU? Those games will be good tells to see what they’re about before year end.

The way this season has played out, if Cincy doesn't drop a game, then they absolutely deserve to be in the Top 4 and in the CFP.
I don't care about the "their G5 schedule" crap, and the argument that they'll just get destroyed in the first round...well how would that be different than many of the semifinal matchups, or even last year's championship game where Alabama destroyed THE Ohio State?

"they'll get destroyed" is a completely baseless and meaningless claim. it could happen sure, but it pretty much happens every year anyway. cincy being in there is no different than the other 5 teams that have gotten smacked
