He has clamped up both steph and KD in the playoffs before. he is elite on D when the situation calls for it. has proven that time and time again.

No we're talking about now. You chose the stat. He spent more time guarding Tristan Thompson, smart, Langford, and Fournier vs Tatum. It was a fools gold stat.
Easy to have number one stat like fg% when you defend bums. No one is saying Jim is a bad defender, but you pegging him too high in these playoffs.
