In Your Opinion, does Randall Cunningham deserve to be in the Pro Football HOF?

I believe he does. IMO he was an amazing athlete. Besides Michael Vick, probably the most athletic QB we may ever see. I looked up the below stats to help. I am curious what everyone else thinks:
Randall Cunningham: 207 TD 143 INT 29,979 Passing Yards 81.5 QB Rating 0 SB Wins
Terry Bradshaw: 212 TD 210 INT 27,989 Passing Yards 70.9 QB Rating 4 SB Wins
Troy Aikman: 165 TD 141 INT 32,942 Passing Yards 81.6 QB Rating 3 SB Wins
Jim Kelly: 237 TD 175 INT 35,467 Passing Yards 84.4 QB Rating 0 SB Wins

I'm a small hall guy in every sport, so that is the bias that I bring to these type of issues. I think Cunningham was fun to watch and dynamic, but his injury history and lack of team success put him in the hall of very good. A case could be made for his (at the time) records rushing the football, but that didn't seem to be enough for the case of someone like Terrell Davis at the RB spot.
Bradshaw isn't apt because of era differences. Troy and Jim are interesting comparisons, but they both had much more team success. Jim also was one of the first to run his own offense out of no-huddle. Cunningham didn't really have a peak comparable to them, though, in terms of its length and impact. His Viking season was a great reinvention though.
tl;dr version: No hall for Randall.

He was a speccial talent in the dawn of more open offenses.

Yes. Solely on his 75 yard punt.

If we are talking about the Tecmo Super Bowl HOF, then he is in the first class. "QB - Eagles" was a dominant weapon through the air and on the ground...allowing him to avoid the rush even when the defense selected your play.
Personally, I would say he should not be in. But, it's hard to say that in light of the fact Aikman is in. Stat-wise the two are roughly the same (you could even argue Cunningham was better due to the running aspect of his game). Aikman benefited greatly, if not almost exclusively from his team success. Yes, team success is important. But it shouldn't be THAT important for an individual award. For instance, does anyone think Dan Marino or Drew Brees are worse QB's than Aikman simply because Aikman has 3 SB wins?

If you don’t have great numbers you gotta have the super bowls. Cunningham has neither.
This is why Eli will get in

No. Jeff George beat him out at one point.

RC isn't even on the rung beneath HOF.

Aikman had SOMETHING to do with them, while Marino had three embarrassing home playoff loses, 2 in AFC Championship games.
I don't know about Brees. Brees has a ring. And his postseason legacy has been tarnished only because of Bountygate, fluke plays, historically awful defenses, and bad referees.

If the HOF is for the best of the best then RC is not in that league.
