Why do you think that it's Bama fans? This article was written about pro players in the NFL hating him, and talking about what a jerk he is, and these were not former Bama players. Put 2010 aside, and Cam is hated by an entirely new group of people, and they have nothing to do with Bama.
I truly believe Auburn fans will turn on him one day, because Cam will talk sooner or later, and he will laugh about how he fooled everyone, and that includes the loyal Auburn fans.

Not sure why anyone cares about Newton. He's a mediocre NFL QB right now. He does that Superman thing as if he's good. Steve Smith has complained about him as well as the unnamed pro-bowlers. The guy seems to have Vince Young's head with a better arm.
Who cares though? This would be like Auburn fans worrying about Rolando McClain. He helped us win a title as the best player on our defense but the guy is far from good based on his production and off field issues in the NFL.
