He obviously wants to get back into the SEC, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he's going to hold out for Tennessee, which is nothing short of a disaster right now, if it looks like Pruitt is on his last legs.

He has openly stated Tennessee is his "dream job." I also just don't see him at S. Carolina. Just a gut feeling.

I belive the Vol boosters would find a way to rub enough pennies together, even in 2020, to oust both Fulmer and Pruitt.

They want to win that bad. And Freeze would definetly bring them back to respectibility.

Freeze doesn’t fit with Tennessee. He has more of an Auburn or a Miami type of feel. Needs a program that is ok being thought of as dirty.

I want him at LSU.

Yeah but he's a known bullshitter.

Have to get Fulmer out because he seems like the last person who'd hire Freeze.

I do semi agree with the Auburn/Miami sentiment, but I also think Tennessee fans and boosters are so desperate now, they will take the baggage associated with him and the image of a dirty program at this point.

I’m not saying that y’all are above it it’s just the program gives off the big ten vibe of trying to act above it. Auburn on the other hand screams shite yeah we are cheating and we are gonna have fun while it lasts ride out the probation and then get it rolling again which as a will Wade fan I absolutely respect

Firing Fulmer and Pruitt and bringing in Ingram/Gilbert and Freeze is the only way back imo. 2 absolutely abhorrent hires in December 2017 to cap off a decade of total incompetence.

The program is close to being totally dead. I used to be a season ticket holder and frequent traveler on the road and I haven’t been to a game since 2017 and rarely even watch the games on TV. Couldn’t name a single player in next year’s recruiting class. Don’t think I’ve made a post about the Tennessee football team on this site in about a year. The fan base convincing themselves they can compete with UGA/UF every year game week even with a functioning tard as HC and an invalid at QB is a pretty good bit though.

If I were him I'd just wait for Norvell to get canned at FSU.

Tennessee had no qualms with that in the 90s

FSU can't afford to fire anybody again for the foreseeable future. They're just gonna have to ride it out with Norvell and see whmmif he can give them any kind of pulse again.

That e tire program needs to be purged.

The Halcyon days in Tennessee are over.

No one wants to freeze their arse off in Tennessee.

Fulmer was "freeze" before Freeze.
Tennessee has done nothing since a professor exposed their cheating.

Tenn is not a great job anymore. Expectations are far past reality and that always spells trouble.
