Good. Certain B10 and SEC schools should be kicked to the curb.

The problem with this thinking is that it assumes all the big programs stay big in a “super league.”
Do you still view Auburn vs Texas A&M as a big game if it’s 2-5 Auburn vs 3-4 Texas A&M?
Probably not, but that’s the type of records those teams should expect in a 24 to 32 team league.

When this does goes down, how will those coattail riding programs like a 12 game schedule when you can’t pad your record with FCS or G5 programs. If you want to model it after the NFL, there won’t be games against lower tiered programs.
What we have now is chaos. NFL with no salary cap, no luxury tax, near zero regulation. This is the absolute worst era of college athletics ever.

Not if the athletes are set to get a part of what they generate… thank the George Floyd racial reckoning
The same people that fought for that fought for what college sports is now

The retards who held up St. Floyd of Fentanyl as a deity being the same people who are ruining college athletics right now actually makes a ton of sense.

Ironically it’s the moderates virtue signaling… don’t think the leftists care that much about college sports

What gets better ratings, when the 1-6 bears play the 2-4 panthers or the USFL championship

Because that’s the exact same comparison.

No it’s not but you either knew that and are intentionally being dishonest or you don’t and are completely ignorant.
Which one is it?

I mean what's funny about it? Look it up. Since integration Ole Miss and Miss State football are very similar. What's your damn love affair with Ole Miss anyway? I'll give Ole Miss one thing, they are like the Democrats in that they control the narrative and play the social media game to convince fools like you they are something better than what they are, and they do a damn good job of it.
Jesus Christ. Since the newest era started with the 4 team playoff. Ole Miss has been to 4 New Years Six bowls with a 2-2 record. State has been to 1 with a 0-1 record. 10 years of the new format and Ole Miss was on probation with a bowl ban with less scholarships for 3 of those years. Now with the new playoff system it’ll be a bigger difference between Ole Miss and Mississippi State on a national scale. Which is what a super conference wants. The people choosing don’t give a shite about a random egg bowl game here or there, it’ll be about what’s been done on a larger scale.
Like it or not Ole Miss is a more recognizable brand than Mississippi State is

The rivalry between Washington and WSU or Oregon state Oregon was.
The only real professional sport rivalry which isn’t as big Yankees Red Sox.

You joke about them but the rivalries are what makes college sports so unique and it’s not just in football, it’s in every sport they play in. But ESPN thinks that because Nunzio and Vinnie from Brooklyn can’t point out Ole Miss and Mississippi State on the map that means the rivalry isn’t important or noteworthy but the whole nation is suppose to care about the Giants-Eagles on NBC.

It’s not important and noteworthy because they have trouble beating Alabama and LSU…
