I can't speak to any of that. I just know if you sprain an ankle, you're not running and making cuts at full speed a week later.

Man, I've had quite a few. Mostly shoulder. They help but it's not like you're doing heavy military presses a few days later.

AC joint and rotation cuff much different than ankle baw. Not disagreeing that his movement is suspicious. Just pointing out the difference between injuries and mobility.
