... would you miss it?

I mean, it's more about junior high drama now than the game itself. I can't think of an organization that cowers to its talent more than the NBA, and it's made the actual games a sideshow for the drama.

I know MLB and NFL have their problems, but at least the owners and coaches still have SOME authority.

“Diversity” is the problem..or so we’re told in other sports. I wonder why they never bring that up regarding the NBA?

While this is true, I still enjoy the actual game on the court.

I was getting a nail in my tire plugged (normally id do it myself but was under warranty) and discount had espn on. Normally id.never watch espn besides games.

The entire segment was on player empowerment as if it is a good thing that these guys get to choose where they want to play. Wish these guys would have to come in work in the real world.

Yes and I remember the lockout in the 1998-1999 year. We missed half the season and it was terrible for a 12 year old kid like me lol.

I was in college during that time. I don't remember it ever being discussed.

But to be fair, I was in Ruston, so nobody watched NBA except when Malone was on TV.
