His resume doesn't actually have any bearing on whether he is the best pound for pound fighter. You realize this, yes?
It's about how good he is, not who he has had to beat.
In that case Vitali Klitschko is the best P4P fighter ever.
-Never been down on the cards at any point in any fight.
-Never been knocked down
-Second oldest HW champion of all time
-41 KOs in 47 fights

I'm calling him the best pound-for-pound fighter of all time. I've seen enough. And, in fact, my mind was made up on this several years ago, but I just hadn't publicly memorialized my position on the matter.

You missed my point entirely.

If we are talking about who the best fighter without taking resume in to account Vitali>Floyd. If we are taking resume in to account Roy/Hopkins/Pacquiao etc > Floyd.
Make up your mind

Pac didn't want the test because he knew he would fail, mayweather's request was not unreasonable in any way.

And I found this LINK
And I'll note that the link you found is citing Victor Conte's quotes as being fact. Moreover, to the extent that the testing demands that Mayweather puts forth are less than Olympic standards, then this merely strengthens the reasonableness of inferences that one might draw with respect to the extent and variety of PEDs Pacquiao was on.

No no no. Put your thinking cap on dude. When I say that best pound for pound is about greatness at a fighter's peak and not resume, this does not mean I'm anointing every fighter who is lacking in the great opponent category.
Do you understand why the above-quoted doesn't follow from what I've said?
I'm not anointing Rocky Marciano.

One quick question with respect to the above. ARE YOU ACTUALLY RETARDED? How would one ever arrive at such a ridiculous conclusion?
Have you never seen Mayweather box?

But nowhere does you link suggest that he has demanded Olympic Style testing for every single fight, like you stated.

Okay, dude. I'm not gonna insult you. But I don't understand what is going on in your brain that is causing you to continue to make that statement.
Can you please elaborate on how you are getting from point A to point B?

I'm not sure i would say with 100% certainty that he is the best, but Money can definitely make a strong argument to be the GOAT. No doubt about that.

Well then I was wrong about the specifics of the testing he demanded.
But the point remains the same. Every other fighter has gone along with it. Pac didn't want to.

What is so difficult to understand?
Best P4P fighter of this generation(taking in to account resume) = Roy/Hopkins/Pacquiao/Barrera/Marquez
Best P4P fighter of this generation(not taking in to account resume) = Vitali Klitschko

I've been owned before; the Vitali argument isn't owning anybody. It's confusing everybody.
