Let’s be honest, JD5 won the Heisman long ago. Problem is, most people have no idea what the Heisman is supposed to recognize. We know the kid is great regardless.

Agreed. But I think people over the past couple weeks have been looking for an excuse to NOT give JD5 the Heisman and Nix falling flat on his face tonight solidifies it.

You’d have to be crazy, bias, or on the take to vote for someone else at this point

Matt House might have lost it for him.

He deserves it without a doubt however.

i wouldn't say that quite yet.... w/ Oregon needing a comeback, they are going to sling it all 2nd half... if Washington can do more of the same, and control the clock, limiting possessions for Oregon, then yeah....

but i wouldn't get that JD5 tattoo quite yet

There's another half of game left. A comeback win will definitely give him the edge.

I think they should trade INTs for the rest of the game

They would’ve won 5 or 6 games without JD5.

this is exactly what we need Washington to do... but we need them to score a TD, to add to the damage of that INT...

eta: well, frick...

good grief I thought Penix was considered a top QB prospect.

He looks like the worst QB I’ve ever seen. Airmailing WRs, not seeing open players, taking sacks. Dude looks clueless

Brian Kelly lost it for him by allowing his team to have such a incomprehensibly bad defense
