Horace Grant or Dennis Rodman would both stop Lebron. Or at least slow him significantly enough for MJ to abuse whoever would be attempting to D him up.

LeBron could stop MJ I think..if it was game 7 and everything was on the line..LeBron would win.

Lebron isn't even an incredible defender of small forwards, how is he supposed to stop the greatest 2 guard/player ever? No way brah.

interesting you say that, lebrons fouls called per game this year is lower than jordan's.

ha! can you at least wait until he plays a team that would have even made the playoffs in the west before spouting this nonsense.

superstars never get whistled. Could you imagine Jordan in foul trouble in a game 7?

its a matchup that probably would have never been. If the bulls had played this team, Pippen would probably d up on lebron

The defenses in Jordan's era were borderline violent...I don't think any current superstar would put up the same numbers against some of those teams.

FWIW, MJ could not have stopped Karl Malone, that is why they had other people guarding him.

Grant and Rodman were more interior defenders. Jordan matches up with LBJ way better than those two.

That is why the whole argument is kind of stupid. Lebron would post MJ up the entire time probably. Neither could guard the other due to their skill sets and sizes.

LBJ's post up game is his one weakness. I do agree that neither of them could really guard each other.

MJ would put up ridiculous numbers if he played against defenses now. The Bad Boys of Detroit he had to face would be suspended for the way they basically took out anyone who came in the lane. The guys in the league now can't even be hand checked.

He would post a shooting guard up. He has 3 inches and a ton of size on Jordan. I don't think Jordan could do much with him in the post.

This is hilarious, yes Lebron is an absolute freak both physically and athletically, but c'mon, at this point he is still tugging on Superman's cape.

And besides, Scottie would be matched up with Lebron in a team game between the two. He locked down Magic pretty well in the 91 Finals.

Don't think you have been reading my posts. LBJ would have zero shot at slowing Jordan down IMO. MJ would go by him.
