How about we change it so Oregon can make it to the NC game every year. I mean that's why you started this.

I always hated the system for a 1 vs. 2,but could've trusted it for a simple final four. 1 vs. 4, 2 vs.3, then all the marbles two weeks later. I hear the folks that want the eight team thing, and I could deal with that, but the debate over whos #8 vs. whos #4 would be pretty crazy. A final four also doesn't diminish the importance of the regular season and would I think ehnance it for teams with one loss.

Actually, that would not be a big debate(#4 vs #8) imo. Every Conference Champ would at least get it, so the debates left would be super tiny, like seeing, which are very tiny. But if only 4, can you imagine it being Bama, USC, Oklahoma, Florida St getting in one year but a Big Ten team left out? Or how about a Big 12 team left out one year? Or the SEC? If only 4 teams, there are 6 power Conferences, or AQ ones. It is the 2 teams from those other Conferences that are going to be livid. You watch...If it starts as only 4 teams, in very short time, it will jump to more teams. I easily bet 100k on this fact!

Again, as a average ranter, it does not shock me that you would just up and assume something.

No, that is not why. The reason I came up with this(I came up with this whole idea around 2 years ago right before I went to bed one night and it just hit me)is because I felt more bad for the Utah's and BSU's of the world. At that time, take Utah for instance, they went undefeated in a very respectable(at that time)MWC Conference that was better then the ACC and Big East. They went undefeated and beat Bama to prove they were very good. But they got left out. In my system, I would leave 2 slots open to non AQ(or Indy) teams. And there is nothing more that sucks then to have a awesome team(like TCU the year before last) go undefeated but yet we cannot see how well they could of done in a Natty. And they earned it. IMO...

Are you back to post more unsubstantiated garbage as fact? Still waiting for my link that LSU backed out of playing USC.

Here is a short, funny, logical little video about how the BCS system is broken. It makes it's point very well. Cleverly done by BSU people...

Agreed, and the eight team scenario would have really benefited my team a few years back. I'm just overjoyed they're finally seeing how farked up it is,however it turns out.

You know, I think you have reading comprehension problems as I have already told you many times I do not have a link for it. Perhaps your inbred DNA has been mixed up and this confuses you. I also told those bitching about it to the Admins, same thing. If you really want to know bad enough, then get off your fat arse and just email your AD and see if he replies back and is honest to you about it. Or maybe you can understand this: Me-a, no-a, have-a, link-a, for-a, you-a...

BTW, I never claimed LSU backed out of playing USC. I claimed that LSU was not willing to schedule USC in the first place and that since 2003 USC had tried many times with LSU to do so. But LSU was not interested... Thus, backing out, requires one to have committed at some point. LSU never was willing, thus you twisted my words and your claim is invalid...
