Not really, but it is only if you do it during the CWS. If they did it after each weekend, then I could get behind that.
Obviously Arkansas dominated this weekend, but it woulda been nice to face a less formidable opponent.

LSU should have been the 5 seed over UNC. But the NCAA wants to have as many conferences in the CWS as possible. They dont want to have 2 conferences in the CWS like last year and have 1 conference in the championship game. It's all about viewership. Not about the best teams winning it all.

Eight SEC teams were Regional hosts, with six as national seeds to host Supers as long as they made it out of their own Regional.

Stupid. SEC teams just shite the bed.
And this thread is dumb, like all the other ones. It is seeded in the beginning like every tournament. If a lower seed team beats a higher seed team in Regionals, they deserve to the easier path going forward.

Do you realize this is what the NFL does EVERY SINGLE YEAR? The highest seed plays the worst seed.

That would make it pretty much impossible for a Cinderella to ever win the tournament again. Would completely stack the deck against them.
Yeah I would love it as an LSU fan but I can also see that that would be totally unfair.
