Holy shite, guys, he was the 1st overall pick. I made a mistake that actually further validates my point. I'm sure he wants to start, but lets not start the "feel sorry for Alex Smith" charity. I'm sure he's fine.

They showed him and a few other 49er players in the locker room post game, dude really seems happy and excited. He was hugging everyone around him.

Do you guys actually believe this? The players have been competitive all their lives. Sure the money is awesome, but it's not just about that.
