I think they are. LA has had people playing out of their minds

I would also be nervous as a clipper fan because houston is just the better team and they can't rely on Austin rivers and JJ to forget they are Austin rivers and JJ
Lakers fans so fricking mad

I would be nervous if I was a Clippers fan, if for no other reason the fact that James Harden has barely shown a pulse this series. He is OVERdue for a huge game.
he's averaging 25pts 9ast 6reb in the series
oh and that triple double in game 5
if that's barely a pulse, i'd love to see one

How's he doing defensively?

Harden was good last game, but he is definitely due for a huge scoring night. The Rockets are like 17-1 when he scores 35. It's one of the things I love about Harden. He doesn't waste his great games.

Mostly because Houston can't guard anyone right now.
I just think that's crazy, tbh.
LA has the two best players of this postseason, improving depth (as we've seen), a much better coach, better ball movement, and a guy who can match-up in terms of length with Howard.
And they have more confidence.
I don't think winning one game that they had to means Houston is better than LA.

Correct. It'll all be over with tonight. This ain't going back to Houston.

They both were horrible in game 5 even with getting open shots

Houston has played terrible defense for the majority of the last 10 games.
Role players play better at home, anyways.

As a Rockets fan, I started losing faith around game 4. Without Beverly, they can't stop ball movement by guards and keep the big guys in check at the same time.
Missing Motiejunas, too.
But I don't think either team really outclasses the other like the scores have shown. I give LA the edge tonight for the energy and comfort of home court advantage, but if the Rockets hit the shots they usually make for a change, then it's not over.

If I'm Houston, I'm going right at Jordan tonight. Every single time. I don't care if he blocks 5 shots in the first quarter. I'm getting him in foul trouble. He really is the anchor of that defense. I know that analytics don't love him, but he completely passes the eye test with me. We can actually run our offense with him off the floor.

100% agreed. I'm thinking the same thing.
