re: Hopkins: I’m better than Julio and Mike Thomas, didn’t have Brees or Ryan for whole career

How could his numbers be better than Thomas. It’s almost impossible. Not enough opportunities.
Also. Shitting on Watson a bit

Im not sure he ever played with Schaub. Might have been a couple of years after.
his rookie year was 2013, so he got him for one miserable season before they moved on from matt schaub

Thomas last four years 602 targets
Hopkins last four years 638 targets
One has had Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater during that time the other has had Brock Osweiler, Tom Savage, TJ Yates, DeShaun Watson, and AJ McCarron

Matt Ryan is trash though.

Last year was the only one of Thomas' career where he had more targets than Hopkins.

That “trash” has an MVP trophy now and gold jacket in his future.

He is a beast. Hopkins has the best ball skills in the league
But Julio is the best. Dude is a horse

So you agree Julio is the best then. Since his QB is trash?

Everyone walking around telling everybody that he's the best. The self promote modern playbook.

Matt Ryan is a good QB?

he's not wrong, really. late stage schaub and tj yates didn't exactly inspire confidence. he finally got someone to throw him the ball and then they traded him.

Hard to argue with him

At first I thought this but I doubt that's his intention.

Has MT13 made a fool of himself on social regarding this? As a saints fan, I wish he would just stfu. Hes a dipshit mental midget and the weakest big timer I’ve seen in recent time.

Truly great receivers perform no matter who their quarterback is and it’s not always about the empty stats in garbage time either.
Agreed. Michael Thomas was able to still perform with Teddy Bridgewater at QB. That was amazing.

Julio would undoubtedly be the best with a good QB. His talent is being wasted right now

I watched his games a lot because Houston is in my teams division, and honestly it seems like he has performed under any QB he’s had. He has a solid argument here.

He could be right, but I still think the other guys are better.
