Owl the gap between the above average smaller selects and their non select counterparts is huge

I doubt it passes. It needs 66% and most of the selects aren’t going to vote for it. And I still don’t think it gets sweeping support from publics.

I don’t think they do. Maybe Jesuit does. But BM has beaten Rummel like 4-5 times in the last 25 years
