Lower than I personally expected, and yea why did they change the time? I was getting back home from a hunt and I just saw the 18th green

I had no idea of the time change - tuned in for the beginning (around 1 CDT) and caught the end.

Tiger T-4 didn't hurt.

I thought it might peak higher than Woods in 1997. I knew the time change was tough, but figured it was possible. I'm an idiot.

The share of households is still very impressive.

Game of Thrones isn't out yet. They don't typically release the ratings in the same format either.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that was the year that touted Mickelson vs. Tiger as this big rivalry.

I'm sure there were a lot of people out there that were used to the Master's CBS coverage beginning around 2:00pm ET that tuned in only to see the very end. 9:00am ET on Sunday isn't exactly prime-time TV.

yeah, not to mention they didn't announce the time change until the very end of round 3, so I'm sure a lot of casual viewers of the Masters had no idea it had been pushed up to early morning until they turned on the TV and saw they were finishing when they were usually starting.

shite, that's what enabled me to watch the majority of it. I rolled right out of bed and stayed glued to it until the end. I was then able to move onto my usual Sunday chores by the time it was done. It was pretty nice.

Typically I would have been in the same boat, but I had brunch reservations with my wife, my in-laws, and my parents at noon yesterday, so I had to be "that guy" with his phone on the table streaming the masters

It played to Tiger's advantage.

I dont think he wins if the regular times and pairing would have been done as normal
