That's fine, but he didn't have to act like Ohio St has been through so much adversity because they lost a football game to a rival.

Also, Ryan Day's father committed suicide when he was 9? According to Kirk I would have thought it was this year or something when he said all they overcame.

It was ridiculous. He could have just said he was emotional after all he's been through, but Ohio St had a top 5 team to start the season and won with superior talent. Good for them.

I kinda agree. It kinda feels like when a woman gets caught in something so she just unloads every bad thing that's ever happened to her.

First the dog now the wife, damn. Feel for the guy.

Still won't like him. And I'm sure he will milk this just like with the dog.

I would've felt more for his dog dying if he didn't have a new one ready to replace the following week

He already had Peter. It's not like when Ben died he went and got a new dog the next day. When you have multiple pets and one passes the other ones help you get through the grieving process which I'm sure is exactly why he brings Peter with him.

Dude lost his dog and learned his wife has cancer…but I’m sure you know what’s going on in his head.

Dude cried over BLM a few years ago. Ben was the first time I've looked at him with any respect since. I hate that he's going through all this.

I hated on him for crying after the game, now I feel like a bastard. Praying for Kirk and his family. Nobody deserves any of that.

I feel for Herbie. As I have had several very close relatives that had breast cancer and it is a tough thing to deal with.
My prayers are with the whole Herbstreit family.
