OKC easily wins the deal imo. Solve the payroll problem. Add Lamb. Add 2 protected 1sts.

Because he is a Lakers fan and needs to believe the Lakers are better than the Thunder.

This is very good for the Hornets...this makes the Rockets significantly worse for years to come.

you have to be joking. Those draft picks weren't guaranteed to be anything. Hell Toronto looks like a playoff contender. I have wanted them to swing a deal for Harden, and while I like Lamb he was a potential replacement for KMart. Now you have a young wing who has star potential, and he has nice young pieces around him. Great deal for Houston.

Well, this ruined my night.

ETA: Maybe I'm overreacting, but I don't like losing Lamb and those two picks.

Houston also sends a 2013 second-round pick (via Charlotte) to Thunder.
Here is the 'creampie' to the rapage.

Add in a 2nd rounder to an already ridiculous win by OKC

The Rockets have been needing to make a big move forever. We'll see how Harden works out (have my doubts), but at least they finally did something.

By more than just a little IMO. Martin's game is descending while Harden's is getting better. There was plenty of nights when Harden was the best of those three in OKC. I don't foresee many where we'll think that of Martin. Also Martin's in the last year of his deal. What OKC uses his money for next offseason will tell the tale of this deal.
