U make it sound like that ray Allen shot wasn't off of a long rebound after a missed shot

Like LeBron made a good pass to him

I wasn't talking about a specific play. Its a general point, Allen just happens to be a teammate now.

Wasn't he with the Cavs and the writing was on the wall and Gilbert wouldn't bring anybody in?

But yeah, he did defer big time if I remember correctly

Debatable. Memphis is great defensively, but pretty inept offensively. Thunder should not lose this series.

We've been better than OKC since Gasol came back. We took them to 7 with a worse record when they had James Harden. The last like 30 games between these teams are split like 15-15.

I never brought up a specific LeBron. All I said what that LeBron has done the same in other playoff series. That is all I said

Whoa now, lets not forget lebrons first few playoff series...

LeBron was criticized for passing up the big moment up until 2 years ago. It's no like there's been 5 different eras of lebron

I'm not in any way dogging on LeBron, I simply said LeBron had a period where he was criticized for standing in the corner just like KD has done
Nope. Has. Never. Happened.

He got ripped for passing too much. You have to possess the ball to pass

Have you seen their offense? They have zero post presence and run absolutely nothing. Their offense is literally KD and Russ go jack up shots.

It's really bad. Can't just go ISO on 60% of possessions against good defensive teams and expect to have the same success as the regular season. No action off of the ball. Jump shot city. No creation of mismatches. Nothing to keep a good defensive team like Memphis honest and off balance.

I don't know where you're trying to go with this.

All I said (after lebrons name was brought up) was that LeBron was criticized for passing up on the big shots and standing in the corner

Then it turns in to a "but LeBron has 2 rings now and LeBron would have killed to be on that thunder team and so on and so on" when I never once questioned lebrons ability or placement as the best player in the NBA

LeBron was criticized a lot early in his career for taking jumpers late in the game so he wouldn't have to go to the free throw line from driving it.

Is Ibaka not comparable to Bosh? Why do they need someone like Bosh? And if Westbrook played within himself I'm pretty sure anyone would take him over Wade.

Im looking at it objectively as a 2 seed vs a 7 seed. I have no bias in the matter.

I get it... Memphis gets no respect, national media only likes KD and LeBron, etc... cry me a river, wang chung.

Bosh is way more athletic IMO and a better shooter and rebounder. If Bosh doesn't tip that ball to Allen last year Bron Bron loses 2 out his last three finals. And 3 out of 4 overall.

Except not realizing this isn't a 7 seed. They lost Gasol for 20+ games, Tony Allen for 20+ games, and Conley for 10+.

Then you honestly have zero reading comprehension skills.

LeBron didn't sit in the corner against a 7 seed. He's also known as a facilitator more than KD.

SFP's point from the beginning is KD won't get the same heat (YSWIDT?) that LeBron did from the sports media

I never once posted anything about championships. Calm the frick down

Keep your posters in order buddy

Shouldn't look at it that way in the NBA, especially this season. Look at the records

Hey, I'll eat my crow. I honestly didn't think Memphis would have much of a chance in this series. I hope they win the series, though.
