The Saintards will be over here picking NO, just because they thin they're the greatest thing going right now. I have GB winning. They get all their injured players back, return a great defense, and still have Aaron Rodgers. Green Bay by 10 points.

How do you know they have a soft D when they haven't even played a game yet?

How do you feel about them this year? I think they have a legit shot at the Playoffs. Stafford has looked great. Too bad Nick Fairley got hurt, him and Suh up front later in the year would've been crazy.

Heart says saints but head says packers. At home and being defending champs puts GB ahead. 32-28

I'm feelin' great to be honest...the whole year depends on Stafford's health...its just a total attitude change when he is back there...not to mention the culture change from having Suh on the D-Line...

Lions are still pretty thin at Running back, LB, and secondary...so I expect them to win (hopefully) at 8-9 games this year and make a more serious playoff/championship push next year with another draft/FA period. They have a tough schedule, and the NFC north schedule should be pretty brutal this year as well.

I hate that I have to go with the Pack here. If it was in the Superdome, I'd go Saints. The energy will be on the Packers sideline. I can't give a score, but I think it'll be a 10 point game with a late TD by Green Bay making it a 10 point advantage. I hope like hell I'm wrong.

disclaimer: I still have the Saints winning the south

Saints are going to win. Rodgers will have a hard time throwing 3-4 TDs from the ground. I wouldn't be surprised if the Saints lose, though. shite happens.

I'm picking the Saints because I never pick against them. I will say it will be tough to pull a W with Smith and Moore out.

I think the Packers win this game with it being at home, but have the Saints going to the Super Bowl.

If you're a Saints fans, that's not surprising. They'll have to get through Green Bay and Philly to get there, though. Not to mention how tough the Falcons will be to beat this season.

The problem with this post is that yall seem to be supremely confident that they'll lose. Will you eat crow if they win? It goes both ways.

Not a Saints fan. I think Brees bounces back this year. I also think they made some great acquisitions in the offseason. If they get homefield advantage, then they will be in the SB.

GB's defense is the difference

Green Bay's defense finished 5th in the league last year. The Saints finished 4th.
