Jimmy Graham got called for it a few years ago in game against the 49ers. I don't think a Giants defender saw the ball on that play.

That play was all Giants defenders being dumb. Rodgers and numerous other QBs in the NFL can get the ball there.
It is almost higher than a punt. It is very easy to get out of position

The O could be better if they'd just throw the ball down the field. Packers secondary isn't great.

That is a crushing blow. A blow on the scoreboard of course but the unseen blow is going on right now while the coaches are trying to implement their plans for the second half and it's just going through the ears for every secondary player for the giants who just laid an egg on that play.
