I'm surprised more people didn't hate Tyler Zeller. Nothing against him as a person, but I despised him as a player. Met all the criteria: white, played forever, flopped like no other, goofy looking

I just don't think one year is enough, especially when there are players like Jon Scheyer who stuck around forever. Outside of ACC fans, how many people bothered to watch Rivers play more than 2 college games?

rivers was talked about a lot. i think he was the #1 recruit in the nation.

Henderson would be much more hated had he played on a relevant team

No doubt about it. He fits every single demographic for fan hatred.

He is a white guy from a relatively affluent background. He is a coach's son. He is a thug with multiple arrests. He is very demonstrative on the court and talks more shite than just about anyone.

ETA: I just don't get why many of these players on the list. Bill Curley? Eric Montorss? Was Sherman Douglas really hated? Was Reggie hated as a college player? Maybe, that's one I am willing to concede. I can see Ferry for being a chippy player and Redick for drawing attention to himself, but Battier is a stretch. And I agree that no one really hates Hinrich.

Absolutely. If he played in the Big East he would've been the breakout star of CBB this year. Multiple fans would've been ejected from all his road games.

No no. Dickie V gave Battier the Tebow treatment. Plus all those questionable charges he got.

Montross pissed the whole Big 10 off by leaving Indiana to go to UNC. He had that goofy flat top. He also was given high praise right out of HS. He was a Caucasian JR Reid without skills.

I love selective memories. The duke cut played on sc for weeks. They interviewed the students and they talked how great it was.

shite, how does Makhtar N'Diaye get a pass? If there has been a bigger actual POS in college basketball in recent memory I would love to hear it

ETA: Add to that list... Chas fricking McFarland
