GTFO with this shite. Parker hits crazier shots on a near nightly basis. That wouldn't even be in the top 5 wackiest shots he's hit this postseason

I sort of meant to say miracle series of events leading to a ridiculous shot that gets a lucky bounce. Dude gets doubled, almost gets stripped, nearly loses the ball, falls on the ground, gets back up guarded by Lebron, fake shot, off balance shot in a sequence of events that seemed like they lasted for 4 minutes in a span of like 6 seconds. Also, how frick does he not travel.

I've got Miami winning 2/3 in SA, and closing this series out in 6.

(That was my prediction originally, but I hope this goes 7 and frankly I could care less about which team wins.)

This guy man. Is there a more scrub player out there that talks so much shite and gets touch calls?

spurs just wanted to play 3 games at home to close it. this loss was purely a strategic economic decision. all is well. go spurs go

Chalmers is a solid player. He steps up when he needs to.

Nah. Game 5 will be huge. I think the Spurs win Game 3 and Miami wins Game 4.

when the heat play their A game, they will beat the spurs. tonight had many guys doing that

if they do that in game 3, i think it's a big deal for the spurs

For a 5 minute stretch. That 5 minute stretch at the end of the 3rd and beginning of the 4th, the Heat played the best game and the Spurs were complete shite.

That was difference tonight. I mean a 33-5 run is damn near impossible. Odds are the Spurs aren't gonna have 19 turnovers on Tuesday.

19 was actually the margin of victory for the Heat tonight.

The Heat haven't lost back to back games since the first week of the new year so the odds of them dropping three in a row are pretty big. But the same goes for a team as expericienced and proud as the spurs.

If the heat win game 3 or 4 I'd go with an over 90% they win the series. Even if they lose both those games I don't think they lose game 5, but winning three in a row to close out the spurs, even if two are at home, would be damn difficult

For a 5 minute stretch

that's what they do

they hit this point where they just overwhelm a team for 5-7 minutes and build a huge lead...then seize on turnovers when teams press

...and then have another 5-7 minute run if need be

I don't bet basketball but if I did I'd probably be inclined to bet the Heat take 2 of the next 3. If they win game 3, I'd take them to win the series.

With this format and series tied 1-1, the team winning game 3 has won the series 11/12 times. Obviously a small sample, but tough to win 3 out of 4 games.
