I'm sure because it leads to more money for ESPN. That button probably gets pressed more than any other teams tab would. The big market teams like NY or LA or Boston all have their sites. Miami doesn't.
All the new heat fans across the country press that button, leads to the page, leads to ads, leads to money.
It's not about fair. It's about a profit for the company.
They did it as a business decision. That's just how I see it and I don't see anything wrong with it.

like I've said many times. at the end of the day it ALL boils down to $$$$$$$. that is the reason the league will do everything in their power to push certain teams and certain star players to the top. whoever sells the product the best to the public is gold. money comes first, basketball comes second.

you've really stumbled onto an amazing insight there weebie... and here everyone else thought ESPN talks about the Lakers, Yankees, and Cowboys for 11 of 12 months in the year because they are deserving of that much attention
