This is completely wrong. Thoracic outlet syndrome happens when the nerve, artery and/or vein get compressed at thoracic outlet (between the clavicle, first rib and lower neck muscles.

rib resection has fallen out of favor. and I highly highly doubt they would do that on a kid

He probably meant brachial plexus, which would be correct in Fultz's case since it's neurogenic.

sounds made up
All medical conditions are made up.
Like, we used to just call kids that couldn't read "stupid", "moron", "slow", or "fricking dumbass". Now we call them dyslexic. Doesn't mean dyslexia isn't a thing. And, to be fair, it doesn't mean that they aren't still dumbasses.
Just saying that medical conditions are necessarily made up.

Seriously?
Serious as AIDS.
The fact that they are made up doesn't mean they aren't real. Every medical condition at one point did not have a name and/or was not known or understood. Until it was...and had a name.
That's all I'm saying, and I'm saying it while my legs uncomfortably tingle as a result of my restless leg syndrome.*
*I'm being serious. And I had a doctor laugh at restless leg syndrome being not a real thing. Guess he doesn't have it.

On the bright side Lonzo is becoming a top defensive PG and he’s still has elite passing ability.
Not sure why this is being downvoted. It was fairly known that he would be an elite passenger and very good defender out of college.

sounds made up
Now obviously that could go either way. Fultz could be fishing around until he gets the diagnosis he wants and the other 9 doctors could be right.
But also, working in this world of hospitals/doctors, it's really not the craziest thing in the world for a bunch of doctors to miss something and 1 doctor to find a random diagnosis.
Just depends on what side someone wants to take, and they'll roll with it and spin it that way.

As a Sixers fan his situation been frustrating, but glad he finally has an answer. Fans have already turned on the kid though and want him traded, understandably seeing as we could've drafted Tatum.

It's being downvoted because people don't like Lonzo, mainly because of his dad or maybe LeBron.

Will he recover from this?
Surgery option? PT?
Sucks for the kid, but having an answer as to why his arm doesn't even raise up all the way half the time he shoots is good.

What would've been hilarious is if the Sixers traded him for nothing or released him and he fixed it while with another team and became an all star.
