Meh, we'll see. It's a brand new season in the playoffs. The Isles are a match-up nightmare for the Rags.
The Isles will be lucky to even win a game, let alone win a series. They suck.

Glad I have some good booze tonight. I really need it. Holy crap this is brutal.

Just trying to figure out what a Sens win means
Posted on 4/7/15 at 9:11 pm to TigersHuskers
4 on 3 for what, 1:30 in OT? Sens should win.
Pens were running on fumes since about 10 min in the 3rd.
If they get it to a shootout they should jump for joy.

means the Isles miss the playoffs and I go into deep depression.
hockey equivalent of my 2007 Mets.

Last time I was this depressed was September of 2007.

You could see it coming a mile away, guys were gutted, they have nothing left, too many injuries and lost Pouliot in the 2nd to play with 5 defensemen once again. I really hope they don't get into the playoffs even if Ehrhoff returns.
Posted on 4/7/15 at 9:17 pm to TigersHuskers
Why does this keep happening to me. Why can't my teams ever win. 1997 was the last time I tasted the sweet feeling of a title with the Hsukers. its been crap ever since. Jets, Mets, and Islanders all craop. UGH!!
Posted on 4/7/15 at 9:19 pm to TigersHuskers
Chill out. The Pens are most likely the team missing out this year.
Posted on 4/7/15 at 9:20 pm to TigersHuskers
No way can the Isles lose to this Pens team right now, just no way.
With Pouliots injury tonight we'll be playing with 5 dmen again and those 5 are frickin' GUTTED.
Where is Maatta, Letang, Pouliot, and Ehrhoff when you need them? Oh.
No team missing 4 of it's top 6 defensemen should be in the playoffs.

I've seen this before. 8 or 9 game lead with 14 games left and they missed the playoffs in 2007. I know this feeling.

Geez what a choke job by penguins.

Yes and no, I wan't to blame them but I just can't, the guys are just gutted from a billion injuries to their defense. Nothing you can do about it. You can't lose 4 of your top 6 defensemen and expect anything else.
With Pouliot's injury tonight they'll have to play with 5 dmen against the Islanders again too. RIP.

This team has given me nothing but grief and anguish for as long as I have supported them.

Chicago looks like they've been playing a man down for the entirety of the last two games. Sloppy play in their own zone, getting out hustled in the neutral zone and getting beat physically in the offensive zone, it's a total trifecta of shite. Better figure it out in the next couple games
