I saw this, and thought one thing: does Fredi actually WANT to go to the playoffs? Does he WANT to win a championship? Apparently not.
This pretty much sums up Fredi's management style. I'm far from a saber proponent, but Fredi's willful ignorance regarding statistics is just mind boggling. I don't think he fully understands basic concepts like lefty-righty matchups.
I won't even go into my feelings about his abuse of the bullpen.
