Ronda Rousey's career was a media-driven feminist movement that was exposed as a complete fraud.

As a Rico Rider, Clay Travis can eat a dick.

However, I will give him props a second time (The first being the time he called out all the Mizzou idiots) for going after this.

The media and sex fueled Rousey. Similar to Danica Patrick, Rousey is fairly attractive. She obviously isn't the best at what she does. The media took advantage of this and helped promote her.

I don't watch that shite, so I really don't care one way or the other.

Rousey is a good fighter but never tried to evolve and instead of trying to push herself against better competition decided to go with an idiot coach where she has no competition.

I dont see the infatuation with trying to tear ronda rousey down. anybody that watches the UFC knows that very few fighters go more than a couple of fights without losing. HW hasnt ever had a champ win more than 2 title defenses in a row. Other champ fighters like anthony pettis, who many thought was one of the greats, lost 3 fights straight after losing his belt.

Its a tough arse sport and very few champs stick around as long as rousey did. holm, who took the belt from rousey lost her next fight to miesha tate and then lost another fight. miesha tate who beat holm for the belt then lost to nunes and then lost another fight. so the last 3 people that held that belt lot their next 2 fights.

I liked Rousey until I watched her as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter. I was pulling for her team when the show started.

After the first few episodes I absolutely hated her. She's one of the bitchiest, most whiney, and egotistical people I've ever seen in my life. I literally cannot think of a single person whom I've seen in my entire life who had a more irritating personality than Rousey displayed on that show.

Here is something else irritating about Rousey. Her acting tough attitude. Here she is getting in the face of male UFC fighter Dennis Hallman and talking shite to him like she's gonna kick his arse. He would kill her:

Go watch that season of The Ultimate Fighter and you too will absolutely hate Ronda Rousey.

UFC is culpable in this as well. Why not give her a warmup fight? You don't put someone in against a killer after they just got their jaw cracked the fight before.

So what exactly happened in that last fight? The world found out she just wasn't that good?

It was all over twitter but i couldn't be bothered to look into it.

she's a world class grappler and her coach made her think she was a world class boxer and she's a novice at best. She got knocked out in 48 seconds trying to box a boxer

My issue with her, is that she doesn't give her opponents any credit and she's pulled a Cam both times she's lost. She doesn't give a press conference after the fight and own the loss.

She goes into hiding like the loser she is. If she has such respect for the sport like she claims, she should own up to the result and give her side at the podium.

If she lost with grace, I would feel differently. Crazy how a guy like Dominick Cruz can get his arse beat and face the media, but it's asking too much of her to do the exact same.

I went into the show favoriting Rousey but I did a 180 very quickly. Meisha was likeable and Rousey was absolutely horrible. I couldn't stand Rousey from that point on.
