The stickers were all over port-a-potties at COTA

The owner has been spotted around the races a few times this year as well.

I hope this video was filmed months ago, this looks no where close to being completed and they're supposed to race here in a month?

I know they said they're working around the clock but to me there easily looks like months of work left to do, there's 30 days to FP1.

I see they've only so far sold 40% of the tickets, is the plan to just finish the circuit/paddock/grandstand areas and use that seating for tickets and not release the rest?

This feels like Fyre Festival

ETA: This was 10/28, I feel like this shite isn't happening.

Well, they can't show the 5000 slaves working behind the camera.

shite, might as well have the NOLA GP in lakeview if that condition holds.

ETA - this might be the track on which Mazepin scores points.

The actual paving won't take all that long although it seems like it wouldn't be fully cured.

I do like the banking on one of the corners.

Got my email today from COTA to put our deposits down to get seats for next year's race in Austin. Put down our deposit for 4 seats.

Then sticker shock! Hotel rates are astronomical with most sold out, already.

Check back in the next week or two, they’re likely not booked, they probably just haven’t opened booking that far in advanced yet. The hotel we stayed at was a block off 6th St and only shows open to book the Thursday/Friday of the race weekend, so next week it should be bookable. It was $190/night which wasn’t terrible considering we were downtown.
