Max was most likely taking a new engine and starting from the rear in Sochi anyway. So this penalty doesn't really mean anything to him.
Unless HAM takes a penalty as well then I believe Max would be slated behind Hamilton. It may have something to do with when they announce a new engine though.

Just finally watched and Lewis made a move in the first turn to push Max to the outside and in the second turn, Max had the corner and Lewis was determined not to go outside. As far as assigning fault here, I'd go 75% Hamilton. He was just not going to yield and he should have.
