Every other team dealt with the same problem. That was the point of changing the tire pressure was that it wasn’t the exact same race as last weekend. FIA/Perelli got exactly what they wanted. Mercedes didn’t adapt as well and it cost them the win. No one to blame but themselves.

No, they said from the start they were changing the compounds to have 2 different races on the same circuit. They were different compounds.
