Former Notre Dame and NFL player Paul Duncan, dead from cardiac arrest at 35

Cardiac arrest isn’t synonymous with a heart attack.

The man who popularized jogging in the 70's (before that people didn't jog, wasn't even a word let alone an exercise) they smoked and drank and lived to 90...Jim Fixx died of a heart attack while jogging at 52 years old, doing the recreation he espoused as healthy.
